I am very blessed to have learnt Neuroscience . If I think deeper everything has a connotation to the brain science.
Never wondered that a TO DO LIST is actually a favourite of many people .The first thing in the morning is to scribble the list. And then to stress around for checking those boxes the whole day.
The Neuroscience says CHUCK THOSE CHECKS
The moment you just put a TO DO LIST its one task for the brain which it's not ready to do.The brain is the laziest organ one can ever IMAGINE. To do anything new IS A STRESS TO THE BRAIN. Off-late in the workplace, we had time changes and that was stressful for the brain because it is so used to its operations. Any new change challenges the brain.
Now the point is, without making those STICKY NOTES AND TO DO LISTS, some brains wont function. What is the best way out then>?
The best way out is WHY TO DO LISTS. Which means now you add a WHY to it which is profound in nature. I need to write the blog ----- every day WHY ....Because I am learning in the process and I am putting forth a process for others to learn. It inspires me and others.
I need to do a mundane task such as GO SHOPPING --- why because it stimulates my sensory senses and fires my neurones first and then of-course feeds me
BRAIN IS A FRIEND OR FOE.
ITS PRINCIPLES ARE NOT COMPLEX YET NOT SIMPLE ENOUGH.....
